It will be easier for a company to hired candidates if they offer more attracting salary and benefit. The best way to preempt this is to make sure that you are transparent about salary. When the candidates’ expectation about compensation change, it is better to end the interview process or ask candidates for second interview. This is to make sure that you have time to go back to your hiring team and discuss about why the expectation of candidates change and anything can be done to solve this problem. It is not a wise choice to end the interview process without a win-win situation.

Rating and review is important so remember that make sure your company does not have much negative review where it will become a red light for candidates not to apply for job. It is difficult for every company to be perfect and have zero mistake and bad review. Therefore, take the review as gift and try to make changes on your company based on the review and lead your company to a better one.
