When you face some situation that you can’t solve, you will start blame yourself about if I was cleverer and braver, then the problem will be solved. However, through blaming yourself, you are creating more stress to yourself. It will not be a clear path in your life and it is okay for anyone to blame themselves when goes through tough time. However, don’t over blame yourself about something you done wrong. Here a tactic that can help you where you can write down what you want to blame on a paper. This is because it will be better for you to declare the problem out than keeping it in your mind. After that, just throw the paper away and stop thinking about it.
Remember that your “story” is probably irrational
Sometimes we just go way too fast to the conclusion and that’s why stereotype exist. If you see a guy wearing thick glasses and holding some book, you will automatically think that he is very good in studying. The same goes to us when we are working. When you are not invited to a meeting, you will think that you are not valuable to your colleague. When you faced such situation, don’t have conclusion yourself. Maybe your colleague just too busy and forget to ask you to attend the meeting or other reason. Even though you afraid of the answer, it is better for you to now it than keep thinking it in your mind.
Close your eyes and visualize
Brain imaging studies show that when we imagine ourselves doing something, we engage some part of our brain as we are doing that activities. This is because we want to trick ourselves to get the benefit from particular activities by closing our ryes and imaging that we are doing it. According to a studies, basketball player that visualize themselves making free throw everyday almost did well as basketball player that practicing free throw 20 minutes a day. Not only visualize can improve your outcomes but it also helps you to find your confidence. Just find a quiet spot and relax along the whole visualize process and you may surprise yourself when you see the difference.
