People who maintain balance will be able turn off their electronic device to enjoy quality uninterrupted time and just focus on their work. This is because they realize that multitasking is a myth and they do not believe that having different task simultaneously will help them to finish their job effectively and efficiently. Therefore, it may hard to find them when work where they put all their focus on their work and they will just reply your message or call you when they get their job done.
