Don’t forget that you are just a normal human being where you can’t do everything. Therefore, try to have a habit of prioritize your task and spend time for the most meaningful task. There’s no need to feel bad about the task that you have to say no to them where you does not have time for them and need to put more time on more important task. If you still want to complete all the task, then you may have not enough time to complete them or complete it with best quality. Therefore, try to just focus on few important task and complete them with best quality
Establish work free hours during the week
In today’s technology, many of us are pressured to always “on” when come to work. Therefore, you need to trained and forced yourself not to work at certain time. Example, no checking email after 9 pm and reserve the time for your family or banning all the task when come to weekend. There is also some special case where deadline is approaching and you can continue your work at weekend. However, it is not recommended if you work from Monday to Sunday every week and ignore your family. Remember that family are more important than your work where work can be replaced and family cannot.
Plan for busy period on the job
Sometimes we will have a busy period for our job. These period is the time where we need to plan our schedule to reduce our stress of working. It is impossible for us to cut down other activities to focus on our job. Therefore, we need to reduce the number of gathering with friend or entertainment where it will be too packed for the schedule. Other than that, reduce the time for your social networking where you may need to ready for your job anytime even after your working hour. Therefore, focus most of your time on work and reduce your time for personal activities so you can completely focus on completing your work.
